Level 5: Solutions on the phone which take more time. The customer
will be instructed. It needs some changes in the customers computer system an investigation in the
internet.
Level 6: Solutions on the phone which take more time and mail communication
could be necessary. The customer will be instructed. It needs some changes in the customers computer system and an
investigation in the internet. An appointment has to made because the customer can not manage the
complicated changes without help.

Prices in gross: Deluxe-Bonus-Card
Minimum per call: 15 minutes (all included: 10 minutes of analyzing or focussing on relevant
error messages) for EUR 15,- Extra minutes 1,00 EUR.
After 8 p.m. there´s an extra fee of 100%, so 15 minutes cost EUR 30,- and
for every extra minute 2,00 EUR are taken from the bonus card [see conditions please !].
The Deluxe-Bonus-Card guarantees you max. 240 min. support by telephone for 240,- EUR - until 8 p.m.
