Prices: single computers # severe problems + network computers - see level 7-10 !
Level 3: Solutions on the phone which take more time. The customer
will be instructed. It needs smaller changes in the customers computer system.
Level 4: Solutions on the phone which take more time and mail communication
could be necessary. The customer will be instructed after an investigation, f.e. necessary information found in the
internet (f.e. newer drivers).

Prices in gross: Advanced-Bonus-Card
Minimum per call: 15 minutes (all included: 10 minutes of analyzing or focussing on relevant
error messages) for EUR 15,- Extra minutes 1,00 EUR.
After 8 p.m. there´s an extra fee of 100%, so 15 minutes cost EUR 30,- and
for every extra minute 2,00 EUR are taken from the bonus card [see conditions please !].
The Advanced-Bonus-Card guarantees you max. 120 min. support by telephone (plus time for investigation)
for 120,- EUR - until 8 p.m.
