Level 2: Solutions on the phone for slightly complicated questions.

Prices in gross: Standard-Bonus-Card

Minimum per call: 15 minutes (all included: 10 minutes of analyzing or focussing on relevant error messages) for EUR 15,-
Extra minutes 1,00 EUR.

After 8 p.m. there´s an extra fee of 100%, so 15 minutes cost EUR 30,- and for every extra minute 2,00 EUR are taken from the bonus card [see conditions please !].

The Standard-Bonus-Card guarantees you max. 60 min. support by telephone
for 60,- EUR - until 8 p.m.
